1 Position of JRF on the project entitled: “The effect of dietary clarified butter oil
(Ghee) on inflammation and insulin sensitivity in diet induced insulin resistant and diabetic murine
models” funded by DBT.
Qualification :
1st Class M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Life Sciences from any recognized University.
Qualified GATE/CSIR/UGC or ICMR/PGI NET.
Desirable : Research experience in the relevant area (diabetic complications functional foods and
Animal Experimentation) Good record on various Biochemical analysis experience in GC & Molecular Biology, Computer & Software skills.
Fellowship : Rs.12,000/-p.m.(Fixed) + 30% HRA without any other allowances
1 Position of JRF on the project entitled: “Identification of candidate gene of obesity
on chromosome number 5 in WNIN/Ob rat” funded by DBT.
Qualifications :
M.Sc. in Genetics/Animal Genetics/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology
Qualified in the CSIR/UGC or ICMR/PGI NET without Fellowship.
Desirable : Experience in animal genetics, genome analysis, sequencing, mapping, SNP analysis, genotyping. Work experience in animal experimentation, Biochemical, molecular and genetics & breeding.
Fellowship : Rs.16,000/- plus 30% HRA p.m. (fixed) without any other allowances.
Age: Below 30 years.
